I'm currently attempting my A2 English Language coursework

I'm trying annotate 'Dracula' and 'Interview with the Vampire' for a comparison investigation. What sort of things should I be marking up. I seem to have marked up way too much and I am only through the first chapter of 'Dracula'

I feel like I am being a bit try hard. Anybody have any pointers.

Much appreciated. (maybe I should be doing maths or science at uni)
