I have had a cancelation policy that roughly goes: If you don't have a good reason to cancel and you don't give me enough notice I will charge you. I know I shoud firm it up but I haven't really needed it.

My question is this does it work in reverse. My lovely boy has been unwell over the last few days and I have had to stay home and with him as he won't settle with anyone else. I let everybody know and blocked out my week untill sunday, but what about the kids I had to let down today (they have exams in Jan I am not really that mean)?

Any thoughts?
