I think that they may have sensationalised this a little. But the premise is interesting. Perhaps this is why so many get tutors. The investment in education seems to be money well spent for parents.
Well most of the time the parents feel that its their obligation to get the best of tutors and help score more to get noticed in school.
However this is not only in UK but a trend all over the world.
